We deliver interventions aimed at improving the mental health and well-being of people of all ages. Everything we do is underpinned with sound psychological theory and designed to achieve specific outcomes. Our delivery team are highly qualified and experienced psychologists, and hold enhanced DBS clearance. Our work is targeted at specific outcomes but delivered with empathy and fun.
What We Offer
We work in partnership with SEND schools and colleges to help them to achieve their aims by delivering sessions that are interactive, fun and aligned to the National Curriculum. We use interaction with nature to assist learning.
We run programmes for children and young people with Special Education Needs aimed at impacting on the dimensions of emotional intelligence. Key sessions include: Self awareness, awareness of others, self regard, regard for others, trust, managing emotions etc. We also run sessions on understanding feelings both in self and others and how to deal with those feelings. We work in partnership with teachers and learning mentors to help them to enhance the work done in our sessions and to help learning transfer into other areas of young people’s lives.
Depression /anxiety – we deliver sessions for people of all ages with anxiety and/or mild to moderate depression. All sessions are tailored to the needs of individuals. Initial sessions are free of charge to enable our clients to ensure that we are the right people for them to work with and to help them to achieve their aims.
