Barn Owl

Mango was named after the South African airline Fly Mango by one of the falconry team.

He used to be part of the flying team at Cheshire Falconry and now works as a therapy owl with Hack Back CIC. He’s a bit of a sensitive soul and didn’t like falconry life but loves his work as a therapy owl because he likes a lot of fuss.

He loves getting a gentle rub on his beak. He has a very calming effect on people of all ages.

Adopting Mango

Sponsoring an animal via adoption supports the work of Hack Back CIC in delivering animal assisted interventions for children, young people and adults with a wide range of conditions including autism, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, cancer, learning disability and dementia.
